The MU 625 is an essential component of our measuring system for power semiconductors TPS 625.
It is used to connect the individual measuring devices with the specimen.
In addition, some system functions are integrated in the selector switch. Operating of MU 625 is only possible via serial interface.
There are 16 channels available; each channel consists of four terminals, 1x main, 1x sense and 2x gate terminal.
Switching of the load path is implemented by high current relays designed for 30 A continuous current and 600 A peak current (maximum 2 ms) and a minimum isolation voltage of 4,000 V.
DUT connection terminals are situated on the front panel, supply and communications terminals are located on the rear panel.
A universal current source and a voltmeter are included, and are used for sensor element measurement and contact test.
